Neil Perry's trendy new Italian restaurant has just opened in Double Bay and are looking for new additions to our Bar Team.

Gran Torino - part of the Margaret family of restaurants - is located inside the heritage-listed Gaden House and is one of Double Bay's newest foody locations.
We're currently searching for a hands-on, enthusiastic Bar Manager to lead our talented team and elevate the guest experience - plus passionate bartenders to join the family.
We are hiring for both Bar Manager and Bartender positions.

Key Responsibilities of the Bar Manager:
Overseeing daily operations, including venue setup, service periods, and pack down/reset procedures.
Ensuring that bartenders are trained in service standards, food and beverage knowledge, and operational procedures. Providing ongoing education to maintain high service quality.
Ensuring that guests consistently receive the highest level of service that reflects the Bar Torino brand.
Supervising lower-level staff during shifts, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Bartenders:
Preparing and serving drinks to the highest standards.
Engaging with guests and providing warm, knowledgeable service.
Supporting the Bar Manager in daily operations and service coordination.
Helping train and mentor junior team members.
Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and consistency behind the bar.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.
Requirements:
2+ years' experience in high volume, detail-orientated bars or restaurants.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
RSA certification
Interview required
Induction/onboarding required prior to starting role
